moon beginning

The average age of menarche in the United States is about 12.5 years[1] and 13.06 ± 0.10 years in Iceland.[2]

That’s what Wikipedia says, anyway.  My job often times leads me to Wikipedia, which is rarely a bad thing.  But here are my questions:  Why does Wikipedia only have two countries’ stats on this (the U.S., like this blog, is big into oversharing, so it’s never a surprise when the U.S. has a stat on ANYTHING), and WHY ICELAND?!?!  Why not Great Britain, or Canada, or Japan, or Venezuela (they also love oversharing)??  There is no point to this line of questioning.  I’m just oversharing things that I noted today.  And this is what you get when you look up oversharing and Iceland…  amazing.
